Steve Muir – Executive Chef
Steve was born on May 30, 1955 in Suffern, New York. He attended John Jay High School, graduating in 1974. He then attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, graduating in February of 1976 with an Association of Science Degree. He married and moved to Florida to begin a career in the hotel industry. He worked several hotels in Florida in the winter months and others in New Hampshire in the summer months. In 1983 he opened the largest Convention center Hotel in the stat of New Hampshire. In 1987 he moved to the state of Pennsylvania to take the reigns of Hershey’s Mill Golf Club. In 1991 he designed the kitchen of his dreams and has been in this position ever since. He prefers the personal touch of a Golf Club.
